About Sang Pediatrics

Sang Pediatrics has cared for the children of Fresno and Clovis since 1985. What began as a single office founded by Dr. Orathai Sangrujiveth has grown into a respected, multi-site pediatric group trusted by families across the Central Valley, many of whom now bring their own children to us a generation later.

We built this practice around a simple idea: when physicians are well supported, families get better care. Our experienced Medical Assistants, strong clinical support, and collaborative leadership team carry the administrative weight so our physicians can focus on what they trained to do, which is take excellent care of children.

Practice Highlights

Three outpatient clinic locations with a loyal multi-generational patient base.
Diverse patient population with a balanced mix of private insurance and Medi-Cal patients.
Downtown Clinic: Approximately 80% Medi-Cal / 20% private insurance, providing the opportunity to care for medically diverse and underserved pediatric populations.
Palm Clinic: Approximately 55% private insurance / 45% Medi-Cal, offering a balanced patient mix.
High patient demand with consistent appointment volume.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary ($265,000 to $315,000 per year)
Income partnership track with profit-sharing opportunity for qualifying physicians
Medical insurance (100% of the employee premium covered for a qualifying plan)

Clinical Scope

Preventive pediatric care and wellness visits
Newborn and adolescent care
Developmental and behavioral screening
Immunizations and vaccine counseling
Management of common acute and chronic pediatric conditions

Call

Call is light and outpatient only. It primarily means handling phone calls and making sure medications are refilled in a timely manner. It does not involve hospital rounding or nursing calls. Call is shared and taken approximately one week per month.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Some Saturday clinic coverage on a rotating basis

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of pediatric residency training
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Active California medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Current DEA certificate
Bilingual ability (Hmong, Spanish, Punjabi, or another language spoken by our families) is a welcome plus, but not required
