Receptionist Job Posting

Join Our Team as a Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
