Full Job Description

Job Title: Accounting and Financial Analyst

The Accountant will oversee the monitoring of all income, and expenses. This role involves managing customer payments, accounts receivable, bills, inventory, and accounts payable, while ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations. The role also supports communication with both internal teams and clients

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bills, inventory, and accounts payable in an efficient manner, ensuring accurate processing and timely payments.
Manage customer payments and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and accurate recording of transactions.
Monitor and track all income, analyze financial commitments, and manage cash flow, investments, and bank balances to meet the financial needs and obligations of all clients.
Coordinate the processing of accounts payable and receivable, implementing effective monitoring, verification, and coding procedures to ensure accuracy.
Perform general accounting functions such as journal entries, account reconciliations, special reports, and reserve account interest posting.
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.
Provide assistance in answering client questions and addressing concerns related to financial matters.
Monitor and analyze accounting data, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial reports and statements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, including accounts receivable and payable.
Experience with automated software environments and intermediate knowledge of enterprise accounting systems.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, with proficiency in Excel functions and tables.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and follow through on work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing complex financial transactions and reconciliations.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
