Your Impact as an LPN/RN Unit Manager

As an LPN/RN Unit Manager, you will play a vital leadership role by overseeing daily clinical operations, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring exceptional care for every resident.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising daily clinical operations for your assigned unit
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with individualized care plans
Performing clinical assessments and ensuring accurate, timely documentation
Monitoring changes in resident conditions and communicating with physicians, residents, and families
Leading interdisciplinary care plan meetings and collaborating with healthcare professionals
Coordinating admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Supporting infection prevention initiatives, quality improvement programs, and survey readiness
Promoting a positive, collaborative culture that supports both residents and staff

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN License
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care
