Open Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 6PM, OASIS is honored to serve our Northern Colorado community at our clinic located in Greeley, CO. We are a purpose-driven company with strong core values, that believes in doing what’s right, and not solely the bottom line.

✨ About the Role:
As a Pediatric PTA at OASIS, you’ll help children (birth–21 years) improve strength, coordination, and mobility using fun, functional, and therapeutic play. You'll support and implement treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists and collaborate closely with a team of dedicated providers who love what they do.

✨ What You’ll Do:

✅ Carry out PT treatment sessions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
✅ Make therapy fun, motivating, and purposeful for each child
✅ Support documentation of patient progress and response to treatment
✅ Collaborate with families, therapists, service coordinators, translators, office administrators, and support staff to encourage success at home and in the clinic
✅ Refer families to relevant resources as needed
✅ Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies
✅ Participate in staff meetings and trainings
✅ Celebrate every victory—big and small!

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Licensed PTA in Colorado (active DORA license)
✅ Experience or interest in working with pediatrics
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills
✅ CPR certification (preferred)
✅ Positive energy, adaptability, and a heart for kids!

Job Type:

Full Time (32-40 hours/week)
$28-$35 per hour
