**Job Title: Front Desk Agent**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding experience by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient operations at the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel, creating a positive first impression.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for guests.
Manage room reservations and accommodate guest requests in a professional manner.
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments while providing information and assistance to guests.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
Process payments and manage cash and card transactions accurately.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest room readiness.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Adhere to all security, operational, and cash-handling procedures.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in operating hotel management software and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
