Full Job Description

About Us: We are a well-established boutique law firm seeking a highly organized, personable, and dependable Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client service, office administration, and scheduling in a professional legal environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced office where professionalism and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage personnel files.
Work with providers to coordinate employee benefits.
Order office supplies and assist with general office operations.
Coordinate office events.
Serve as the point of contact for all office vendors, contractors and service providers.
Manage the firm’s social media accounts.
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative projects as needed.

Requirements:

Previous office management or legal office experience preferred.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology.
Proficiency with Facebook and Instagram.
Experience with Clio case management software is a plus but not required.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
