Salary: Negotiable Hours: Full-time, in-office

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our customer experience — the person clients trust and rely on. Your day will include:

Communicating with clients and insurance carriers
Responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
Researching, resolving, and following up on customer needs
Supporting management, service, and production teams
Contributing to business development efforts
Handling essential office tasks, including phone communication
Taking on additional responsibilities as the team grows
