Responsibilities

Manage invoicing and handle administrative follow-ups.
Serve as the primary point of contact between different departments such as quality, finance, sales, and logistics.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely data entry.
Assist with customer service and support tasks.

Support office management activities including scheduling and document proofreading.
Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with international clients.
