Full Job Description

Strategic Results is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations, Communications, & Business Development Coordinator to support business operations, communications, business development, and project execution across multiple federal contracts and corporate initiatives.

This role serves as a key partner to company leadership, supporting proposal development, client deliverables, recruiting and staffing efforts, vendor management, internal and external communications, and day-to-day project coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, detail-oriented problem solver, and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support business development efforts by coordinating and writing technical proposals in response to Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other procurement opportunities.
Assist with opportunity tracking, proposal development, document preparation, and submission activities.
Support the CEO in planning and executing meetings, strategic initiatives, and administrative activities.
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, client meetings, workshops, and special events.
Develop and produce internal and external communications, including newsletters, LinkedIn content, marketing materials, announcements, white papers, and other written communications.
Support the writing, editing, formatting, and quality assurance of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
Manage project schedules, action items, deliverables, and communications to support successful contract performance.
Assist project managers with administrative, coordination, research, and editorial tasks across multiple projects.
Source, compare, and coordinate vendor quotes, product estimates, and procurement activities for client and internal projects.
Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Track purchasing activities, invoices, budgets, and project-related expenses.
Conduct research and gather information to support project planning, business development, and operational needs.
Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staffing activities across multiple contracts.
Prepare meeting agendas, document action items, and track follow-up activities.
Maintain project documentation, records, files, and administrative systems.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support organizational growth initiatives.
Provide general operational and administrative support as needed to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, communications, business operations, administration, consulting, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Preferred:

Experience supporting federal government contracts or clients.
Experience with business development, proposal coordination, or capture support.
Experience coordinating vendors, procurement activities, purchasing, or contract administration.
Experience with recruiting, staffing, or onboarding activities.
Familiarity with marketing, communications, or social media content development.
Experience coordinating meetings, conferences, or events.
Knowledge of federal procurement processes and contracting environments.

You will work directly with company leadership to strengthen business development efforts, support federal client deliverables, manage operational priorities, and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work will contribute directly to the company's continued success and impact.

Pay: $78,000.00 per year
