Are you someone who enjoys turning data into decisions, numbers into opportunities, and insights into real business results?

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and commercially minded Sales Operations & Pricing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play an important role in shaping sales strategy, pricing decisions, profitability, and business growth.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of sales, pricing, analytics, inventory, and operations. You will analyze sales and market data, identify opportunities, develop pricing recommendations, evaluate profitability, and provide leadership with the information needed to make smarter business decisions.

This is not simply a reporting position. Your analysis will directly influence how we price products, how we compete in the market, how we manage inventory, and how we grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

You will analyze sales performance, customer purchasing patterns, product movement, market trends, and pricing data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. Your ability to identify trends and opportunities will help the company make faster and more informed sales and pricing decisions.

You will develop and support pricing strategies based on market conditions, product costs, customer demand, competitive positioning, and company objectives. You will evaluate pricing changes and determine their potential impact on revenue, margins, profitability, and customer behavior.

You will conduct financial analysis and modeling to help management understand the financial impact of different pricing and sales strategies. You will turn complex numbers into clear, practical recommendations that management can act on.

You will work closely with sales, purchasing, marketing, inventory, logistics, and management to ensure pricing and sales strategies are aligned across the organization. You will help identify opportunities to improve margins, increase sales, reduce unnecessary costs, and strengthen overall business performance.

You will use SQL, Alteryx, data mining, and analytical techniques to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets. You will support demand planning by identifying purchasing patterns, product trends, customer behavior, and inventory requirements.

You will prepare professional sales, pricing, customer segmentation, profitability, and performance reports for management and executive review. Your ability to communicate what the numbers mean—not simply present the numbers—will be an important part of the role.

You will also monitor inventory and supply chain analytics to help ensure the company maintains the right products at the right levels while supporting sales demand and profitability.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, proactive, and business-minded. You should enjoy working with data but also understand that the ultimate goal is to use that data to drive better business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R, Alteryx, and advanced Excel. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation are important, while knowledge of statistics, regression analysis, and data modeling is highly valued.

A strong understanding of pricing strategy, revenue management, financial analysis, financial modeling, demand planning, cost accounting, and profitability analysis is preferred.

You should be comfortable taking complex information and turning it into simple, actionable recommendations for managers and executives. Strong communication skills are essential because you will work with multiple departments and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in e-commerce, wholesale distribution, retail, supply chain analytics, or revenue management is a plus, but we are also interested in candidates who have strong analytical capabilities and the drive to learn.
