About Us

At Oral & Facial Surgery Associates (OFSA), we specialize in life-changing surgical care, with a strong focus on advanced full-arch restorations, immediate implants, wisdom teeth extractions, and complex surgical referrals. We combine cutting-edge technology with high-touch, compassionate patient care. We are seeking a results-driven, highly empathetic Treatment Coordinator who excels at building immediate patient trust, navigating financial options, and closing both high-ticket implant cases and high-volume surgical referrals.

Role Overview

Are you a natural communicator with a proven track record in consultative sales, patient advocacy, or high-value treatment coordination? As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the core driver of case acceptance across our entire practice.

In this role, you will manage two distinct pipelines:

1. High-Ticket Marketing Leads: Guiding prospective full-arch implant patients from initial consultation to signed treatment commitment.

2. Doctor Referrals: Efficiently presenting plans and closing cases for wisdom teeth extractions, single/immediate implants, and complex surgical procedures referred by local dental and medical practices.

Whether presenting a $2,000 wisdom teeth removal or a $40,000+ full-arch restoration, your primary goal is to help patients overcome anxiety, understand their options, navigate financing, and confidently move forward with their care.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Full-Arch Case Acceptance: Conduct high-impact, consultative presentations for high-ticket full-arch implant leads, transforming patient interest into accepted treatment plans.

Convert High-Volume Referral Cases: Review treatment plans, present costs, and close cases for referred patients needing wisdom teeth removal, immediate implants, and oral surgery procedures.

Proactive Pipeline Management: Actively follow up on warm marketing leads, consult no-shows, and pending treatment plans using phone, text, and email to maintain a healthy closing rate.

Navigate Financial & Emotional Objections: Confidently present financial arrangements—including third-party financing (CareCredit, Proceed, etc.), cash packages, and insurance estimates—to resolve price shock and financial hesitation with empathy.

Collaborate with Clinical Staff: Work directly alongside the oral surgeon to translate clinical recommendations into clear, value-focused benefits that make sense to the patient.

Track & Improve Conversion Metrics: Monitor consult-to-close ratios across all case types to optimize revenue and pipeline efficiency.

Administrative Coordination: Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and ensure smooth administrative coordination to support patient flow.

Core Qualifications & Skills

Sales & Closing Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-ticket consultative sales, elective medical/dental treatment coordination, or high-end service sales required.

High-Ticket & High-Volume Versatility: Comfortably balancing high-touch, long-cycle full-arch sales with fast-moving, high-volume referral consultations (wisdom teeth/extractions).

Objection Handling & Empathy: Strong emotional intelligence to read patient hesitation, ease surgical anxiety, and close ethically with a patient-first approach.

Financial & Insurance Literacy: Proven track record presenting $2k to $50k+ treatment plans and securing third-party financing approvals.

Terminology & Coding: Strong foundational knowledge of dental/oral surgery terminology, CPT/CDT coding, and benefit verification processes.

Technology Proficiency: Tech-savvy with experience in dental EHR/practice management software (e.g., Open Dental) and Microsoft Office.

Bilingual (English/Spanish): Strongly preferred.

Benefits & Schedule

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Benefits: Competitive Base Pay + Performance Incentive / Bonus Potential (Dependent on Experience); paid time off (PTO)
