Mo’ Bettahs is coming to North McKinney — and we’re looking for a General Manager to lead our newest location!

PAY & BENEFITS

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
Monthly Performance Bonus Potential: Up to $1,000
Annual Performance Bonus Potential: Up to $13,000
Monthly Stay Bonus Potential: Up to $2,250

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead the daily execution of the Mo’ Bettahs brand and culture
Build, develop, motivate, and lead a high-performing restaurant team
Be competent in all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions
Own restaurant cleanliness and organization across FOH and BOH
Drive Same Store Sales growth and overall restaurant performance
Improve line speed and transaction times while maintaining food quality
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service matters and take ownership of overall customer reviews
Ensure quality food is prepared and served according to Mo’ Bettahs standards
Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with the Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
Review weekly employee schedules and ensure proper staffing
Complete weekly reports, People PAR staffing guides, online ordering, inventory, and other operational responsibilities
Maintain company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and appearance
Ensure team members follow company policies and procedures
Identify, develop, and promote talented team members

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of management experience leading teams of up to 40 people in restaurant, food service, or business management
Proven track record of developing and promoting team members
Experience identifying and developing talent
Ability to make difficult personnel decisions when necessary
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Collaborative, growth-oriented, and partnership-focused mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and complete responsibilities accurately and on time
Willingness to complete required training and certifications
Valid driver’s license
Regular and predictable attendance
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word
Ability to live the Mo’ Bettahs values and demonstrate the Aloha spirit with guests, team members, and vendors

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
