Title Processor — Level II–III
Automotive Titling Company | Centennial, CO | On-Site
Monday–Friday, 7:30–4:00 | Overtime availability required
$22–$23/hour + Incentive Compensation

About the Role

Automotive Titling Company (ATC) is the market leader in nationwide automotive title and registration processing, supporting more than 10,000 dealers across all 50 states. We're hiring an experienced Title Processor at the Level II–III tier. This is not an entry-level position — we're looking for candidates who bring proven experience in high-volume document processing, demonstrated accuracy under pressure, and the ability to manage a fast-moving queue with minimal oversight.

You will perform a variety of clerical and technical duties to support vehicle registration and titling for out-of-state transactions, working with speed and precision from intake through resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepares, collects, maintains, organizes, and manages all documentation related to vehicle titling and registration
Reviews incoming documents for accuracy and completeness, identifying and flagging missing records, irregularities, or errors before they move forward in the process
Handles inquiries and document requests from clients, customers, and colleagues with professionalism and efficiency
Communicates with internal teams and dealer networks to chase missing information and resolve open items
Consistently meets or exceeds daily processing benchmarks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
Must be available for overtime outside of standard working hours as needed

Attention to Detail — You catch errors others miss — yours and theirs. You understand that inaccurate documentation creates downstream problems for dealers, lenders, and DMV submissions alike.
Team Orientation — You hold yourself to a high standard and bring that energy to the people around you. You're dependable, collaborative, and solutions-focused.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in high-volume document processing — title, mortgage, insurance, legal, banking, medical records, or similar environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated longevity in prior roles — we're looking for candidates who commit and grow
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume queue accurately
Excellent 10-key skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Must meet minimum thresholds on Logic & Reasoning, Math, and Attention to Detail assessments

Compensation & Benefits

$22–$23/hour DOE + incentive compensation for hitting performance metrics
