As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Associate Attorney to join our team and help us continue raising the bar for client-centered legal services.

Ideal candidates will have:

A J.D. from an accredited law school and license to practice in Colorado
1+ years of experience or education in estate planning (wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales experience or comfort in a consultative role with prospective clients
A genuine interest in public speaking, workshops, and educational events
A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for client service
Ability to explain legal concepts in plain language
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy

What You’ll Do

Conduct initial client consultations and relationship-building meetings
Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs) under attorney guidance
Help present at seminars and workshops, both in-person and virtual
Guide clients through our signature planning process with clarity and confidence
Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the client experience
