Midnight Recovery LLC is one of Colorado's leading repossession companies, and we're looking for a dependable, tech-savvy LPR Driver to join our growing team.

This isn't a repossession position. Your job is to locate vehicles using advanced License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology, document your findings, and provide accurate information to our Recovery Agents. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes by helping our team recover collateral quickly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art LPR camera technology.
Scan and locate vehicles assigned by our lending partners.
Document vehicle locations with detailed notes and high-quality photos.
Use smartphones, laptops, and industry-leading software to manage daily assignments.
Navigate efficiently throughout the Denver Metro area and surrounding cities.
Communicate with dispatch and teammates while maintaining accurate account updates.
Organize and track assignments and other recovery software.
Maintain company equipment and represent Midnight Recovery LLC professionally in the field.

What We're Looking For

At least 23 years old (insurance requirement)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working independently for extended periods
Strong smartphone, GPS, and Windows computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document information
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
Professional appearance and positive attitude
