Job Summary: We're seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to assist with inventory operations and shipment processing at our Southern Colorado warehouse. You will be a key part of ensuring our Medical Device Sales Representatives and Operations/Logistics Team are adequately supported and prepared for surgeries, and will assist in the transportation of equipment and medical hardware. The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator must follow all operations processes and company policies, proper inventory management of all consigned and company owned inventory, shipping and receiving product and sets.

Essential Functions:

Manage all consigned and Arthrex Colorado Springs-owned inventory with accuracy and accountability.
Coordinate with local sales reps and the Operations/Logistics Team across all offices to meet Agency needs for case fulfillment.
Maintain inventory using FIFO principles, especially for expiring products.
Analyze and adjust PAR levels in the SOCO district warehouse to fulfill cases and prevent overstocking.
Perform regular Cycle Counts in partnership with the Inventory Control Lead.
Review the 13-month-to-expire report; proactively move slow-moving inventory to minimize expired products, and return expired inventory to the Central Warehouse accordingly.
Pick, pack, and ship inventory as needed; deliver and retrieve product and instrument sets from customer locations and other Arthrex Colorado Springs warehouses.
Uphold a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
Follow all Arthrex Colorado Springs operations processes, policies, and Core Values.

Requirements

To be considered, preferred applicants should present the following:

At least 1-2 years in inventory control, distribution, or warehouse operations (medical device/inventory experience is required).
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel for communication and data analysis).
Strong willingness to learn about Arthrex products and their clinical applications.
