About the Role

Are you passionate about luxury beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional client experiences? Dillard's is seeking an energetic, results-driven Lancôme Brand Manager to lead one of the world's most prestigious beauty brands.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys building lasting client relationships, coaching others, and driving business through exceptional service rather than waiting for foot traffic.

Responsibilities

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while consistently exceeding performance expectations.
Build a loyal clientele through personalized consultations, follow-up communication, and appointment booking.
Deliver luxury skincare consultations, makeup applications, and fragrance recommendations.
Recruit new clients through outreach, events, and community engagement.
Lead by example in creating exceptional customer experiences.
Coach and inspire teammates while partnering with store leadership to grow the overall beauty business.
Execute Lancôme merchandising standards and maintain a beautiful, inviting counter.
Increase average transaction value through complete skincare, makeup, and fragrance routines.
Participate in store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing education and brand training.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in prestige cosmetics, skincare, luxury retail, or beauty sales preferred.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Passion for skincare, beauty, and client service.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable performing consultations, demonstrations, and makeovers.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Lancôme, luxury beauty, Sephora, Ulta, Macy's, Nordstrom, or department store experience is a plus.
Licensed esthetician or cosmetology license is welcomed but not required.
Experience developing a loyal clientele.
Comfortable using technology to maintain customer relationships and appointment scheduling.
