Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized office manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for human resources, treatment planning and presentation, helping the owner doctor with specialized tasks, managing insurance and billing-related tasks, and maintaining compliance with regulations. This role requires a solid understanding of dental office practices, medical and dental terminology, coding practices, and insurance verification processes including Medicaid Waiver for DIDD. The office manager will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare operations and enhancing patient satisfaction through efficient office management.

Experience

Previous experience as a dental office manager is preferred.
Familiarity with dental insurance and claims.
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and insurance verification processes.
Experience working with and establishing systems in a dental office.
Proficient in handling medical records and understanding HIPAA regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage several employees.

Responsibilities
