Full Job Description

Pre-Approval Specialist / Loan Partner

We are seeking a dedicated individual with residential mortgage industry experience to join our team as a Pre-Approval Specialist / Loan Partner. Your role will be to ensure a seamless client experience during the loan process and continue to strengthen our team’s relationships with our referral partners. If you’re passionate about client care and enjoy being an integral part of a successful team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Include:

Collecting and organizing all necessary client documentation, including loan application data and financial documents.
Assisting with calculating income for both W2 wage earners and self-employed borrowers.
Accurately running and analyzing credit to ensure deals are prepared for review.
Reviewing and analyzing assets.
Running DU Approvals & LP Approvals.
Engaging with clients directly and keeping realtors informed throughout the process.

This role is perfect for:

A Processor with excellent communication skills looking for a role change.
A Loan Officer Assistant seeking to expand their responsibilities.
Someone with 3–5 years of experience who understands FHA, VA, Conventional loans, and has familiarity with down payment assistance programs (a plus).
A loan officer looking to focus on client care, loan setup and team collaboration.
