Full Job Description

Position Description:

Do you want a career where you can make a difference in people’s lives while ensuring a safe, supportive environment? We’re looking for a Residential Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining safety throughout the facility, supporting individuals served, and working alongside the treatment team to promote well-being and positive outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn—no prior experience is required. You’ll gain valuable skills in safety, de-escalation, and direct support, all while contributing to a collaborative care team.

What You’ll Do

Perform regular safety rounds and wellness checks throughout the facility
Monitor and support the well-being and accountability of individuals served
Assist with treatment plans by providing input and supporting de-escalation strategies
Guide individuals served through daily routines, maintaining communication and structure
Supervise and provide support during off-site activities, including appointments and court trips
Monitor environmental safety by inspecting equipment, systems, and facility structures
Respond to emergencies and assist clinical staff with crisis situations
Use verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain a safe environment
