About the role
The Accounts Manager serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts, supporting the successful delivery of TNC Services' maintenance, outage, and workforce solutions. Working collaboratively with Operations, Project Management, Recruiting, Payroll/Finance, and technical service teams, this role coordinates customer communication, employee support, and back-office processes to ensure projects are executed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
This role is responsible for managing customer account administration, including timekeeping, payroll coordination, billing, purchase order tracking, onboarding, and account documentation while building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, Recruiting, and technical service teams to support maintenance, outage, and workforce activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve service-related issues.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project execution.
- Manage employee timekeeping processes, including collecting and entering time accurately and on schedule.
- Support payroll processing, including payroll exports through Avionte Back Office.
- Process billing and invoicing activities while assisting with accounts receivable and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Track and maintain purchase orders, ensuring balances and funding remain accurate throughout project execution.
- Maintain accurate job information across ATS, CRM, and internal business systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and timely transition for new hires.
- Assist with account reporting and administrative documentation as needed.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, integrity, and customer service in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, operations, project coordination, staffing, or administrative support.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience working with business systems such as ATS, CRM, payroll, ERP, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting the commercial nuclear, energy, industrial, or skilled trades industries.
- Experience with staffing or workforce solutions.
- Experience with Avionte or similar staffing/back-office software.
- Experience with payroll, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or purchase order administration.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms.
- Experience supporting project-based or field service organizations.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $59,000-$67,000. The salary range listed reflects base salary only. This position is also eligible for a performance-based annual bonus and equity participation. When traveling for field assignments and outage work, employees transition to an hourly pay structure and are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. Compensation is paid on a bi-weekly basis, less applicable withholdings and deductions. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
