Position Overview

Join a fast-growing, private equity-backed company where technology, data, and process improvement are central to our success. As Salesforce Administrator, you'll do more than manage a CRM. You'll be a strategic partner responsible for optimizing Salesforce to improve workflows, strengthen data quality, automate processes, and provide insights that help teams make better decisions.

Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Leadership, you'll identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions that support business growth. This is an ideal role for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Optimization

Own and optimize the Salesforce platform, including configuration, automation, user access, and security.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
Manage system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements that support business growth.

Data Quality, Governance & Reporting

Maintain accurate, reliable data through governance, cleansing, and quality assurance practices.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable business insights.
Establish and uphold data standards and reporting processes across the organization.

User Support, Training & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the primary Salesforce resource for user support, training, and issue resolution.
Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Leadership to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement through training, communication, and change management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, automation, reporting, and data management.
Experience with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, and user administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
