Full Job Description

Looking for an exciting role where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills truly make an impact?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Special Handling Agent to join our team. This role requires a strong sense of urgency and exceptional attention to detail while managing sensitive and complex account situations. You will work across multiple inboxes for various clients, handling specialized tasks such as bankruptcies, power of attorney, deceased accounts, ACH revocations, complaints, disputes, and inquiries.

While most responsibilities are completed via email and internal systems, you will also make outbound calls when necessary to obtain additional information. These calls may include contacting customers, bankruptcy trustees, or other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process sensitive account items, including bankruptcies, power of attorney, deceased accounts, ACH revocations, disputes, and complaints.
Navigate multiple inboxes and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Conduct outbound calls when additional information is required to complete tasks.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Partnering with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Performance Measurement: Success is measured by achieving monthly production goals based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour + Monthly Incentive
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends
Location: In-office or Remote (Dublin, OH)
