About the Role

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Columbus, OH, 43213

Key Responsibilities:

Support Settlements team and Legacy Client operations.
Process and approve Fedwire transactions.
Perform reconciliations, balancing, and DCI balancing activities.
Handle miscellaneous credits and payment-related operations.
Process liens, levies, garnishments, and court-ordered account holds.
Support cheque processing, invoicing, and remittance activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in Payments, Settlements, or Banking Operations.
Preferred experience with Garnishments, Liens, and Levies.
Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Sheets.
Strong attention to detail with a zero-error mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
