Full Job Description

Employment Solutions is partnering with a growing company to find an Ecommerce Coordinator ready to take ownership of website content, product data, and the digital campaigns that drive online sales.

If you're organized, detail-driven, and thrive on juggling multiple projects at once, this is a role where your work shows up directly in the customer experience. You'll sit at the center of the marketing team: keeping product and website content accurate and engaging, supporting campaigns across email, web, and social, and helping turn data into smarter decisions. It's collaborative and fast-paced, with real room to grow your skills and contribute ideas.

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain products, categories, landing pages, and promotional content
Keep product information, images, and descriptions accurate, engaging, and on-brand
Audit content for gaps and apply on-page SEO best practices
Track and report on key marketing and ecommerce metrics to guide decisions
Support campaign planning and execution across email, web, and social channels
Coordinate product and marketing data across ecommerce, CRM, and marketing systems
Run regular quality checks on product data, pricing, images, and content
Troubleshoot site functionality and support sales and customer service teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
Previous experience in ecommerce, website management, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort with digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while collaborating across teams

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Exposure to ERP or similar business systems
Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
Experience with AI tools and an interest in growing them
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or B2B product-focused environment
