Full Job Description

Columbus private real estate investment company seeking a senior property manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties located in Central Ohio (Short North, Campus, Grandview, Columbus).

Applicant will be responsible for all facets of on-site management including but not limited to:

-leadership for dedicated team of leasing and maintenance associates.

-coordination of all maintenance and preventative maintenance programs

-recruiting, training, and leadership of property management staff

-tenant and community relations

-contractor coordination

-multi-family leasing and management

-office leasing and management

-revenue and expense management

Applicant will be in charge of leasing and maintenance staff and will report directly to the company executive team. Ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable leading a team and communicating with tenants day-to-day to ensure high tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications include:

-prior property management & multi-family leasing experience

-proficiency in microsoft office products including word, excel, and outlook

-strong computer proficiency and/or familiarity with property management software

-strong work ethic and attention to detail
