Full Job Description

A well-established organization in the Columbus, OH area is seeking a Human Resources Admin to join its team on a contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to support a variety of HR, recruiting, payroll, and administrative functions within a fast-paced environment. The role has the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting employees, managing administrative processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and new hire coordination
Process payroll-related information and maintain accurate employee records
Assist with HR administration, personnel documentation, and compliance-related recordkeeping
Prepare reports, schedules, correspondence, and other administrative documents
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR processes
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

At least 1 year of previous experience in human resources, payroll, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
Strong organizational and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
