Driven by our YES philosophy and rooted in service, Harvest Table Culinary Group brings innovative, authentic, and personalized food experiences to life for each unique college, university, company, and organization we serve, ending w/ excellent service and meaningful experiences.

We are searching for a Sous Chef/ Lead Cook to join the culinary brigade on campus. We have multiple locations and are located on the Ohio Wesleyan University Campus in Delaware, OH. Our locations include 2 all you care to eat dining halls with micro kitchens throughout, a large retail food court, a sub shop, a faculty club, coffee shops, a market, a grab n’ go cafe and a catering/concessions operation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques.
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Create new recipes and menus, ensuring recipe adherence by employees
Lead by example.
Provide support to Culinary Team in any capacity
