Full Job Description

**$35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits

**Do you have experience supporting warehouse systems, inventory management software, WMS platforms, or operational applications within a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment?

**Looking for an opportunity to combine your systems knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and operational expertise to support a fast-paced distribution operation?

**This role supports warehouse operations by resolving software and system-related issues, assisting end users, troubleshooting inventory and transaction-related concerns, and helping ensure daily operational continuity within a fast-paced distribution environment.

NOTE: This is a fully onsite, second shift position. Must be local to the Columbus, OH area.

$35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits
Serve as the primary support resource for warehouse systems, operational software, and end-user support
Work closely with warehouse leadership, inventory teams, operations personnel, and technical support groups to maintain operational efficiency and system performance

The Position

Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives focused on productivity, quality, throughput, and cost reduction across production operations
Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and process optimization efforts
Analyze production performance and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Partner with operations leadership to implement sustainable improvements and standardize best practices

The Detail

$35-$42/hour (DOE), bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, comprehensive benefits
Fully onsite position supporting warehouse and distribution operations
3+ years of experience supporting warehouse systems, WMS platforms, inventory systems, ERP applications, or operational software within a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
Experience with inventory transactions, RF scanners, handheld devices, operational troubleshooting, user support, process improvement, and platforms such as Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Körber, SAP, Oracle, or AS400 is highly preferred

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
