Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Columbus, OH

License/Certs: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience, progressive care/stepdown/PCU experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hr

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients with chronic medical conditions
Float across units within the organization as needed, demonstrating flexibility
Administer medications using Pyxis/Accudose/Omnicell medication systems
Document care accurately using Epic system
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team via SBAR
Respond to patient needs promptly and compassionately
Support consistent delivery of safe, quality patient care

What You Need:

Valid Ohio RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 2 years of recent RN experience, preferably in a progressive care or stepdown setting
Strong clinical skills and adaptability
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
