Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to guests and residents
- Manage and maintain files, documents, and records
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important communications
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing
- Coordinate and plan events, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Serve as a liaison between residents, staff, and management
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or high-level staff members

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus
