Full Job Description

The Regional Service Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Power & Energy Product Support Operations and works closely with Product Support Sales, New Equipment Sales, Parts Operations, and other management teams to ensure the achievement of branch, division, and corporate objectives.

Salary: $130k – $138k (DOE), annual bonus potential, and company success share bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Manage a minimum of three (3) Equipment & Power Systems Division Service Centers and/or Field Service Centers.
Manage branch accounting functions and maintain budget performance in line with forecasts, objectives, and company policies.
Develop and control all shop and field service budgets.
Project long- and short-range forecasts, objectives, and action plans related to Product Support to achieve Sales, Gross Profit, and PADE objectives.
Select, supervise, and develop personnel required to maintain a high-performing Product Support Department.
Develop and oversee execution of the annual training program for the Product Support Department.
Ensure offices, workshops, yards, vehicles, tools, and facilities are maintained in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
Assist in developing Service and Parts sales promotion programs.
Maintain exceptional customer relationships.
Foster strong communication and collaboration across all departments.
Establish, direct, and review departmental processes and workflow.
Partner with the Product Support Development Group on rebuild practices, repair practices, and Flat Total Pricing initiatives.
Request and implement capital investments for Service and Parts operations.
Provide the necessary Technical Communication function for assigned branches.
Monitor dealer warranty costs and claim performance while providing summary reports for management review.
Plan and oversee maintenance of company facilities.
Maintain positive manufacturer and supplier relationships.
Ensure the safety of all branch personnel.
Drive Continuous Process Improvement (CPS) initiatives and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of equipment dealership supervisory experience within a Service organization.
Management experience with budgeting, customer service, and cross-functional team leadership.
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage branch profit and loss performance.
Highly motivated with demonstrated leadership ability.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
