Full Job Description

Franklin Imaging is seeking an experienced Office Services professional with skills in Print and Mail operations for a Downtown Columbus client site location. This role requires driving a company vehicle in the Columbus Metro area.

We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and get right to work—someone who’s organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is a team player who understands deadlines, can effectively prioritize work, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

This position is fulltime, Monday-Friday, dayshift hours (between the hours of 8 am-5 pm). The candidate will primarily be working at one location but will substitute at 2 other locations as needed. Candidate must understand deadlines, how to prioritize work, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail and packages from the post office and delivery services.
Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages according to postal and delivery service requirements.
Provide excellent customer service—take orders, communicate job updates, and resolve customer concerns.
Coordinate shipping for completed projects and update customers regarding delivery status.
Process print requests accurately per job ticket instructions.
Prepare print jobs, including scanning, layout setup, and file creation.
Operate finishing equipment—binding, cutting, and assembling print materials as needed.
Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on office and print equipment.
Professionally answer phones and assist with general office inquiries.
Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver mail and print materials within the Columbus Metro area.

Skills/Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent (required).
Minimum 1-year customer service experience (required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; positive; professional.
Dependable; detail oriented; highly organized.
Ability, on a regular basis, to stand/move for several hours at a time.
Ability, on a regular basis, to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to pass a background check and drug screen (required for all positions).
Prior experience working in a mail room or a copy center is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Photoshop preferred
Experience driving a company-owned vehicle in a metro/downtown area preferred.
