Bookkeeper/ Full-Time

Responsibilities and Job Duties

· General account reconciliations and bookkeeping

· General administrative assistance

· Recording and tracking financial transactions

· Preparing financial reports

· Accounts payable
· Trust Accounting (probate is a skill that is a part of this)

Qualifications

· 5 years bookkeeping experience

· Excels in computer skills including proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro

· Highly organized with the ability to multi-task

· Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Salary Range- Dependent on Experience and Salary History
