Do you enjoy developing new client and industry relationships? Lincoln Construction is currently seeking a Pre-construction Manager to help develop clients and manage projects during the pre-construction phase.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of commercial construction experience with a Construction Management firm in project management and/or development experience. In lieu of a degree in engineering or construction management, 8+ years of management experience is desired with strong field experience. Field experience such as superintendent, carpentry, MEP, or other—is highly desired for this position. We anticipate that the candidate will have experience on projects over $5 million in size and complexity.

Our marketing and pre-construction process is very collaborative, and the Pre-construction Project Manager is expected to manage this process and the relationships. This team member excels in working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing pre-construction schedules, writing MEP proposals, and frequently working with local building officials. The ideal candidate should also feel comfortable with checking progress drawings, running meetings, and pushing the process to meet dates. We anticipate that the candidate will have extensive experience developing value engineering and constructability analysis.
