Reports to: Office-Based Lab (OBL) Manager
$45–$55/hour | Part-Time | Tuesdays & Thursdays
PLEASE NOTE: This position requires prior procedural nursing experience AND experience independently administering and monitoring moderate (conscious) sedation. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
360 Vascular Institute is a physician-owned Vascular and Interventional Radiology practice in Dublin, Ohio and the only Quad A-accredited outpatient vascular practice in the region. We're looking for an experienced procedural nurse who wants to take the next step in their career and help build the future of our practice.
This is more than a sedation or recovery RN position. This role combines procedural nursing, clinical operations, quality improvement, and leadership development in a growing office-based vascular lab.
You'll work directly with a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist and our OBL Manager in a collaborative, physician-led practice. You'll understand not only how procedures are performed, but why, while helping improve how our lab operates.

As our office-based lab grows, you'll have increasing opportunities for leadership, professional development, and operational responsibility, including helping improve nursing workflows, supporting quality initiatives, and mentoring additional nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Independently and safely administer and monitor moderate (conscious) sedation for minimally invasive vascular procedures.
- Deliver exceptional pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care.
- Take ownership of day-to-day nursing operations while helping improve patient flow, procedural efficiency, and throughput.
- Oversee cath lab inventory and supply management, including maintaining appropriate stock levels, monitoring expiration dates, anticipating procedural needs, and helping minimize waste and unnecessary costs.
- Maintain complete, accurate, audit-ready documentation, including narcotic accountability and quality records.
- Help maintain continuous readiness for Quad A accreditation through quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the physician and OBL Manager to improve workflows, identify problems, and implement solutions.
- Cross-train, support teammates, and contribute to a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Schedule
The ideal candidate is interested in growing with the practice as procedural volume continues to expand.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Approximately 16–24 hours/week
- Typical start time 7:00–7:30 AM
- Must be interested in the opportunity to grow to 3–4 days/week as procedural volume expands.
- Predictable daytime schedule
- No weekends, holidays, or hospital call
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain prior to starting
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Prior procedural nursing experience
- Experience independently administering and monitoring moderate (conscious) sedation in a procedural setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred experience:
- Office-Based Cath Lab (OBL)
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- Interventional Radiology
- Cath Lab / Electrophysiology
- PACU
- Procedural Endoscopy
- Other high-acuity procedural environments
Prior ASC/OBL experience, clinical leadership experience, or experience with quality improvement and accreditation is particularly valued.
