ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool | Columbus, OH

Are you an experienced ICU nurse seeking a flexible schedule with a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio? What You’ll Do

Float across various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU.
Provide expert critical care nursing to diverse patient populations based on acuity levels.
Manage ventilators, monitor telemetry strips, and deliver IV therapy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records using EPIC.
Turnover and bedside care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for license transfer
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

Preferred:

Previous travel nursing experience at a similar level of acuity
Flexibility to float across multiple units as needed
