As an Assistant Director of Banquets , you’re not just supporting the direction and administration of all banquet functions – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Support administration of banquet functions: Assist in overseeing all aspects of Banquet operations, including guest service, food and beverage quality, account development, inventory management, cost control, and systems management
Develop and maintain service standards: Contribute to the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of departmental service guidelines and standards
Analyze service trends and satisfaction: Assist with monitoring service trends and guest satisfaction, proactively identifying issues and implementing strategies for improvement
Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
