Position Summary:

Everguard is seeking a skilled and dependable craftsman to join our production team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in a range of exterior and interior construction tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling projects independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality work with a focus on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform exterior carpentry work including deck construction and repairs.
Assist with installation of paver patios.
Install and repair siding.
Replace and repair windows and exterior doors.
Assist with the construction of three-season rooms and additions.
Install and repair gutters and downspouts.
Perform flooring installation and repair, including hardwood, laminate, and carpet.
Complete drywall repair, finishing, and replacement.
Execute kitchen remodeling projects, including layout updates and installations.
Install, repair, and replace cabinetry with precision.
Support various interior remodeling and construction projects.
Deliver bathroom remodeling solutions, from demolition to final finishes.
Apply rough and finish carpentry skills to meet project requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and homeowners.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential exterior/interior construction.
Skilled in rough/finish carpentry, siding, window and door installation, gutters, deck building, interior remodels.
Ability to read and follow construction plans, drawings, and measurements.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Reliable personal vehicle for daily transportation to job sites.
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
