Central & Southwest Ohio | Up to $57/hr | Up to $2,280/week | Per Diem & Contract Opportunities

We're hiring experienced Pre-Op and PACU Registered Nurses (RNs) looking for flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and rewarding opportunities with leading surgical facilities across Ohio. Whether you're picking up extra shifts or seeking your next contract assignment, NurseDash has opportunities designed around your schedule.

Assignments are available throughout Columbus, Canton, Beavercreek, West Chester, and surrounding communities in Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Spine, Ophthalmology, and General Surgery. Opportunities include both flexible per diem shifts and contract assignments ranging from 4 to 13 weeks, with compensation based on the assignment selected.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-anesthesia patient care
Complete patient assessments and prepare patients for surgical procedures
Monitor patients throughout recovery and identify changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and post-operative care
Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teams
Accurately document patient care and maintain regulatory compliance
Deliver safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced surgical environment

What We're Looking For

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent Pre-Op and/or PACU experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in ambulatory surgery or hospital surgical services preferred
Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced perioperative environment
Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and exceptional patient care
Must be at least 18 years of age
