Full Job Description

Bartender

Amara is looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team. We’re seeking professionals who are passionate about crafting exceptional guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace an all-hands-on-deck mentality. At Amara, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.

Pay :

Starting at $8.50 per hour, plus pooled tips.
With our tip pool, bartenders currently average approximately $35 - 40 per hour, though actual earnings vary based on business levels, hours worked, and other factors.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
Provide exceptional hospitality and engage with guests in a warm, professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
Accurately process orders and payments.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow all responsible alcohol service and food safety guidelines.
Assist with opening, closing, and general bar maintenance duties.
Support teammates throughout the restaurant whenever needed.

Qualifications :

Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or cocktail bar required.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Reliable, dependable, and able to perform well under pressure.

Shift Availability :

Evening shifts.
Weekend availability required (Friday–Saturday).
Part-time and full-time positions available.
