Full Job Description

Electrical TechnicianOverview

BeeHex Automation is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Electrical Technician to join our growing team. This is not a repetitive production job—we are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building new equipment, and taking ownership of projects.

The ideal candidate will build electrical control panels, wire industrial automation equipment, troubleshoot electrical and process-related issues, create and modify electrical schematics, and assist with machine testing and development. Because we are a small, fast-paced company, everyone contributes wherever needed to help move projects forward.

Responsibilities

Build and wire industrial electrical control panels and machine electrical systems.
Read, create, and modify electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot electrical, electro-mechanical, and process-related machine issues.
Assemble, wire, test, and verify electrical components and assemblies.
Perform electrical testing using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
Assist with machine startup, process testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with engineering to develop and improve new automation equipment.
Maintain organized documentation and follow electrical safety standards.
Support other departments as needed to improve company productivity and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience building electrical control panels and industrial wiring.
Ability to read and create electrical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
Experience using multimeters and other electrical diagnostic tools.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work on complete machine systems.
Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and industrial controls is preferred.
CAD or electrical design software experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help wherever needed.
