Your Role

VS&Co’s Beauty team is seeking a highly skilled Engineer with a strong proficiency in utilizing Microsoft The Victoria’s Secret Beauty team is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer II to support Product Integrity through process improvement, metrics management, dashboard development, workflow automation, and digital tool enablement. This role improves how teams collect, manage, analyze, and act on business-critical data by building scalable reporting tools, streamlining workflows, and enabling more consistent decision-making across the supply chain.

Your Impact

Metrics, Reporting, and Analytics (35%)

Define, organize, and maintain KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting routines that improve visibility and consistency across the supply chain.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools using Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, databases, and related systems.
Translate complex data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
Monitor data quality, metric consistency, and reporting gaps; surface trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities for review.

Workflow Automation and Digital Tool Enablement (40%)

Build and sustain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools to reduce manual work and streamline recurring workflows.
Transition manual trackers and email-based processes into structured tools such as Power Apps, SharePoint lists, automated forms, and dashboards.
Maintain intake tools, forms, dashboards, approvals, notifications, and access-management workflows that support consistent execution.
Enhance existing tools, data connections, reporting logic, and workflows as business needs evolve, with a focus on scalability, usability, and adoption.

Process Improvement and Business Partnership (25%)

Lead process improvement projects that simplify workflows, standardize reporting, improve data visibility, and increase efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into practical reporting and workflow solutions.
Standardize data inputs, reporting cadence, process documentation, and adoption materials to improve usability and long-term tool ownership.
Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting support, and tool troubleshooting for supply chain priorities.

Minimum Salary: $76,700.00
Maximum Salary: $101,955.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, business analytics, operations support, quality systems, supply chain support, or a related field.
Strong experience in reporting, dashboard development, process mapping, workflow improvement, data organization, and requirements gathering.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps; SharePoint, Excel, database, or related tools preferred.
Ability to translate complex data into clear dashboards, insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
Ability to quickly learn business processes and apply process context to metrics, reporting, workflow design, and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, workflow pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple improvement projects, recurring reports, and tool enhancement requests while balancing shifting priorities.
Strong business partnership skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, adoption support, and change management.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and support adoption of new tools, workflows, and processes.
Ability to travel 10-20% as needed.
Strong computer skills with curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and technology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
