Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for this part time position. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, good computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to work 1:00 pm until 5 pm - 8:30 pm is required. The ending time fluctuates between 5 - 8:30 pm for the afternoon shift. Additional hours may be available when coverage is needed during the week or weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Utilize computer software
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Skills

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Proficient typing skills with attention to detail.
Good computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
