Job Description Summary:

This position assists with development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and programs in support of an evidence-based practice environment and professional models of care, acts as an educational resource and facilitator of teams or groups.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Additional Job Description:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

RN licensure in state of Ohio.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing: Clinical nursing care and nursing operations from the unit and organizational perspective scope and standards of practice for nurses and nurse administrators.
Computer skills for email and WORD meeting facilitation and team building verbal and written communication skills.
Kind and Length of Experience: 3-5 years RN staff nurse experience in leadership role, such as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager or Educator experience with policy, procedure and/or program development.
