Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Columbus, Ohio

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to stepdown and med/surg patients on a mixed acuity unit
Manage patient assessments, medication titrations, and care plans, including CPAP/BiPAP therapy
Document care using EPIC electronic health records accurately and timely
Respond to patient needs promptly and collaborate with healthcare team members
Cover float shifts within the organization when needed
Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

Ohio RN license (active and in good standing)
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
Certification in BLS and ACLS
Ability to manage multiple patient cases and adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable with CPAP/BiPAP, medication titrations, and charge nursing responsibilities
