Full-Time | Dublin, Ohio
Pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

Our practice is growing—and so is our team.

360 Vascular Institute is a nationally accredited, physician-led Vascular and Interventional Radiology practice in Dublin, Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator who is warm, professional, dependable, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys taking care of patients.

This opening reflects the continued growth of our practice and the advancement of an existing team member into an expanded leadership role. We are proud to promote from within and are looking for the next exceptional person to join our team and grow with us.

Our front office is a busy, highly coordinated environment. Our team manages approximately 30–40 calls each day along with referrals, scheduling, medical records, insurance coordination, and patient communication. Our patients come from throughout Ohio, across the United States, and internationally, and you will often be their first and last interaction with our practice.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience in person and by phone
Schedule office visits, ultrasounds, and procedures while coordinating referrals and medical records
Obtain and verify patient and insurance information, collect payments, and assist with chart preparation
Communicate with patients, referring offices, and our clinical team to help coordinate care
Assist with prior authorizations and pre-certifications as needed; training provided
Help maintain an organized front office and take on additional responsibilities as the practice grows

What We're Looking For

2+ years of medical front-desk, medical receptionist, or patient coordination experience strongly preferred
Warm, professional communication with strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
Exceptional reliability and punctuality — being ready to work on time every day is essential
Strong follow-through, personal accountability, and the ability to remain calm while managing multiple priorities
Someone who looks for what needs to be done rather than waiting to be given the next task
Curiosity and a desire to learn. We believe every member of our team should understand the care we provide, regardless of their role.
