PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – NOW HIRING

Ours Brothers Keepers (OBK) is seeking a dependable, professional, and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations, programs, and community services.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills

Schedule: Part-Time / Flexible Hours

Organization: Ours Brothers Keepers

Primary Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the organization with daily administrative duties, including:

- Answering and returning professional phone calls

- Monitoring, responding to, and organizing emails

- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

- Preparing letters, reports, forms, and other documents

- Completing daily administrative assignments and office tasks

- Maintaining organized electronic and paper files

- Assisting with program records and documentation

- Communicating professionally with community partners, families, clients, staff, and service providers

- Assisting management with correspondence and follow-up

- Maintaining confidentiality of organizational and client information

- Helping ensure the office operates efficiently on a daily basis

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong verbal and written communication skills

- Is professional when answering phones and responding to emails

- Has basic to advanced computer skills

- Is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other office programs

- Has strong organizational and time-management skills

- Can work independently and complete assignments on time

- Pays close attention to detail

- Is dependable, punctual, respectful, and professional

- Is able to communicate effectively with youth, families, employees, agencies, and community partners

- Can handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

- Administrative or office experience is preferred

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who does not need constant supervision, understands how to prioritize daily responsibilities, communicates professionally, and is willing to help wherever needed to support the mission of Ours Brothers Keepers.

Compensation

Starting compensation will range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending upon the applicant's administrative experience, computer skills, communication abilities, education, and overall qualifications.
