Full Job Description

EP Lab Registered Nurse – Columbus, OH

EP Lab RN | Days | $73/Hour

We're seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a nationally recognized heart hospital in Columbus, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with EP Lab experience who enjoy working with advanced cardiac procedures in a high-acuity environment.

Position Details

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Call Requirement: 1 week every 2 months
Pay Rate: $73/Hour

Requirements

Active Ohio RN License
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
Minimum 2 Years of EP Lab RN Experience
Epic EMR Experience
Experience with Electrophysiology Lab procedures

Responsibilities

Assist physicians during complex electrophysiology procedures
Monitor patients throughout invasive cardiac procedures
Administer medications and conscious sedation per protocol
Document procedures accurately in Epic
Maintain patient safety before, during, and after procedures
Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and interdisciplinary teams

Ideal Candidate

Experienced EP Lab RN with strong procedural knowledge
Comfortable in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
Team-oriented and committed to outstanding patient care
